Naeem has developed fantastically effective strategies for engaging hard to reach young people."
- NICK HOLT, STUDY SUPPORT MANAGER COMMUNITY EDUCATION ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA
Naeem delivers film and video projects for young people as a catalyst for participatory education and community action in a creative way that encourages empowerment, confidence and self-advocacy, as well as providing a voice for those that are marginalised in our society by facilitating workshops that encourage them to record themselves and the world around them.
Workshops can be based around drama, scriptwriting, documentary making and film and video production as well as editing. Naeem has worked with the V & A Museum, Save the Children, The Anna Freud Centre, Notting Hill Housing Trust, A2 Dominion and many other organisations looking at subjects including youth unemployment, mental health and wellbeing, technology and its impact on young people and issues affecting young refugees and asylum seekers.
He worked sensitively under pressure, and was considerate and caring when he found himself to be part of extremely intimate and intense situations."
